10.12.06: PFF Donates
New Van to SAIL Group
During the Albert
Pujols Golf Classic, on August 14, 2006, the
Pujols Family Foundation made a lot of young
adults with Down syndrome very happy. At the
end of the evening, Deidre Pujols asked that
the SAIL group attendees stand up. "When
I told them that we had a new Ford van in
the parking lot for them to take home, they
all started applauding, screaming and crying.
It was the best part of my day to see them
all so excited!" said Deidre Pujols.
The Van was donated to the PFF by the Sinclair
Ford Family of St. Louis. "This is why
we exist," continued Deidre, "to
bless people. It means so much to these young
adults to have transportation where they can
all go together to meetings and events."

concluded, "I couldn't stop crying! What
a wonderful blessing! Thank you Sinclair Ford
and thank you Pujols Family Foundation!"
