at the Taste of Clayton
Deidre Pujols joined the new "Pujols 5"
chef Greg Maggi for a cooking demonstration
at the Taste of Clayton event on June 4,2006
in Clayton Missouri. "I wanted to make
one of Albert favorite chicken and rice dishes"
Deidre said "I call it my special Home-Run
Recipe!" Joining Deidre and Chef Maggi
for their demonstration was Fox 2's Mandy Murphey
and Dan Gray. When we asked Chef Maggi if we
would see this dish on the menu at "Pujols
5", Greg simple said' You will have to
wait and see."
Part of the proceeds from
this years taste of Clayton were donated to
the Pujols Family Foundation
