the Negro League Hall of Fame in Kansas City

Albert Pujols said he was in a big hurry. But
when the camera lights dimmed and the flashbulbs
stopped popping and the reporter pads flipped
shut, Pujols leisurely walked over to the statue
of the great Negro Leagues player Oscar Charleston.
“Hey,” he said to
his brother-in-law. “Come here and take
my picture.”
