- Deidre Speaks in Bethalto, IL
On January 11, 2006,
Deidre Pujols and Todd Perry visited the Bethalto
Church of God in Bethalto, IL. "I was looking
for a Starbucks on my way here" Deidre
told the crowd, "but, all I saw wasfarm
land." The Community of Bethalto (40min.
north east of downtownSt. Louis) welcomed Deidre
and the Foundation with open arms. "Therewere
so many people here, we had to split the service
into two groups" said youth pastor Jason
Cox. "We had almost a capacity crowd in
the main building and we had several hundred
young people in thegym downstairs".
"It was a great event and very well organized."
said PFF director, Todd Perry. "The people
of Bethalto came with open hearts to hear Dee
Dee's message, and I believe God spoke to many
hearts while we were there."
Jason Cox confirms "We had several decisions
for Christ in the youth service alone. We were
very pleased with the turnout." |
