As Keller Pointe employee
it is your responsibility to engage our members
in activities at our facility. This helps to insure
retention of that customer as well as raising
the revenue earned in each division. To do this
it is as simple as asking a few questions to find
out what each new and renewing customer needs.
With the information gathered we can help to provide
more than they expected while showing that we
care about them as an individual. The following
