In the spring
of 2005 a friend asked me if I'd like to go
to The Masters. It didn't take long for me to
reply "YES!!!" to a ticket to the
granddaddy of all golf tournaments. While dining
on that trip to Augusta, GA, I happened discovered
an appetizer called "crawfish tails"
on the menu. After I ordered them I realized
that with the right amount of tweaking with
Wundoemus Spice Blend, some unsalted butter
and a little dash of Worcestershire I'd have
a great new appetizer for our Heiney's menu!
It is Wundoemus!!!
If you are looking for a lighter
appetizer the Wundo Chips served with ranch
