Our motto in the kitchen is "if you can buy it already made, we can already make it here better!". In this fast food world a lot of "kitchen love" is missing for the sake of a bottom line for some fat cat who probably has never spent two minutes in a kitchen.

Our ingredients are of the highest quality and our passion for producing great food is our number one concern.

Whether you like seafood, beef, poultry or pork we have a dish guaranteed to bring you back time and time again! Our front of the house motto is "You're Always Welcome" and the service to back up the menu is top notch. Our servers are well versed in the ingredients and preparations of our menu items and will gladly help you choose your selection (or at least help!)

I started my restaurant experience as a dishwasher in Madison 35 years ago. Since that time I have worked both full and, part time in food service. During my college days I was introduced to fine dining while working as a waiter at the Timbers Supper Club in Platteville Wisconsin. After UWP I became a saute' cook at one of the Madison hotels and, really enjoyed working with quality foods. For the past ten years I have worked as a server at Heiney's and, when the opportunity to work in the kitchen came along I decided I couldn't pass it up. I've lived in the area for almost forty years and, have always loved the local flavor of supper clubs and, fish frys. I look forward to creating entrees for our customers that will be unique, memorable and, of course loaded with flavor.
