I started my
restaurant experience as a dishwasher in Madison
35 years ago. Since that time I have worked
both full and, part time in food service. During
my college days I was introduced to fine dining
while working as a waiter at the Timbers Supper
Club in Platteville Wisconsin. After UWP I became
a saute' cook at one of the Madison hotels and,
really enjoyed working with quality foods. For
the past ten years I have worked as a server
at Heiney's and, when the opportunity to work
in the kitchen came along I decided I couldn't
pass it up. I've lived in the area for almost
forty years and, have always loved the local
flavor of supper clubs and, fish frys. I look
forward to creating entrees for our customers
that will be unique, memorable and, of course
loaded with flavor.
