started on your project is as simple and

QUESTIONNAIRE. It's short and simple
and will help you begin the enjoyable
process of rekindling memories from the

2. Submit The DOWN
PAYMENT on Your Project--A 50 percent
deposit for your LEGACY DISK package
is required to schedule your LEGACY
DAY interview and is payable by
check. Your LEGACY
ADVISOR will help you through this
part of the process.
3. The NEXT STEPS--After
you've submitted your QUESTIONNAIRE,
your LEGACY
ADVISOR will help you through the
NEXT STEPS of the process, which
include making your initial payment and
getting more information about your life
story and scheduling your time and date
for your LEGACY DAY interview.
