LEGACY DISK experience truly begins
right here. Whether The LEGACY DISK
story to be told is that of yours, you
and your life partner, or your loved one(s),
completion of this form begins the process.
We've designed this form,
not to be all inclusive, but a simple
and straightforward means for us to begin
to understand you and determine your story.
Once the form is completed and submitted
electronically, you will receive an e-mail
from one of our LEGACY ADVISORS posing
additional questions and seeking additional,
more detailed information. At that time,
you'll want to carefully consider these
supplemental inquiries and perhaps seek
the involvement and input of others.
The final stage of crafting
your unique LEGACY DISK story will be
your one-on-one phone conversation with
a LEGACY ADVISOR. At that time,
we'll jointly finalize the categories
and topics which will drive the LEGACY
interview process. This process ensures
that the best of your life story will
be captured for posterity and precludes
the need for creating specific questions
in advance. We've found that a more natural
and spontaneous flow of question and answer
makes for a dramatically better and more
heartfelt finished product.
LEGACY QUESTIONNAIRE
We call the individuals
to be featured on The LEGACY DISK
our HONOREES. No more than three people
can be featured in any LEGACY DISK
project. The third individual typically
is a child or other adult family member
who can be employed to assist the principle
honorees in remembering and reflecting
on their life story.
