In the spring of 2005 a friend asked me if I'd like to go to The Masters. It didn't take long for me to reply "YES!!!" to a ticket to the granddaddy of all golf tournaments. While dining on that trip to Augusta, GA, I happened discovered an appetizer called "crawfish tails" on the menu. After I ordered them I realized that with the right amount of tweaking with Wundoemus Spice Blend, some unsalted butter and a little dash of Worcestershire I'd have a great new appetizer for our Heiney's menu! It is Wundoemus!!!

If you are looking for a lighter appetizer the Wundo Chips served with ranch dressing and celery sticks are intensely satisfying without being too filling...they are also Wundoemus!!

We constantly get compliments on every dish that has shrimp as an ingredient. That is because we take great care to source only number one white and wild caught gulf shrimp. Believe us: There is a BIG difference in the quality of shrimp on the market. WE BUY ONLY THE BEST for our guests!!!
