Patricia A. Qualls, Ph.D.

Dr. Qualls has supported people in their quest for personal freedom and life-long learning for over 25 years. She uses an integral approach of human development honoring the whole person.

Patricia is a licensed psychologist and a Master Personal and Executive Life Coach. She is a graduate of Pepperdine's Presidential Key Executive MBA program and received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies.

Robin Lane Weismann

Robin made a decision to join our team after completing our Life Presence Retreat to fulfill her goal of creating more effective and enjoyable environments in the workplace. She brings over 17 years of Silicon Valley corporate experiences to assist companies in creating "a great place to work." As a senior project manager for ROLM Corporation, IBM and Siemens, she worked through start-ups, mergers, buy-outs, downsizings and cultures that clash. She led diverse groups of people in delivering quality products and services in environments of chaos. Robin is a graduate of Clemson University.

Linda E. Davey

Linda has helped teams improve business performance for over 20 years. She has a unique ability to gain trust and build relationships quickly and to build strong, focused teams. She also brings years of experience in business process design and improvement with proven success in the government, telecommunications, defense, and automotive industries. Linda has a Masters degree in Statistics and is a graduate of Michigan Technology University and Oakland University.
