to joining the Taylor
Burrage law firm, Steven
served as General Counsel
to several Oklahoma-based
technology companies including
Bio-Cide International,
Inc. of Norman, a global
specialty chemical manufacturer
and 180 Medical, Inc.
of Oklahoma City, a national
specialty medical products
distributor. Steven also
served as founder and
President of Goodspeed
Land & Title of Norman,
an oil and gas lease brokerage
and title examination
firm working in Oklahoma,
Texas and Arkansas and
most recently served as
legal counsel for Southwestern
Baptist Theological Seminary.
Steven’s
practice encompasses
general civil litigation,
real property law with
an emphasis in eminent
domain and oil &
gas title examination,
general corporate transactions,
estate planning and
probate and personal
injury.
Steven
Graduated Phi Kappa
Phi and with Distinction
from the University
of Oklahoma with a Bachelor
of Arts in Letters in
1995. He earned a Master’s
in Business Administration
from the University
of Oklahoma’s Price
College of Business
and a Juris Doctorate
from the University
of Oklahoma School of
Law in 1999 while working
for Bio-Cide International
of Norman, OK.
Steven
and his wife Kerri and
their three daughters
live in Rogers County,
Oklahoma where they
are active members of
their local church and
the March of Dimes.
