Brunch
is a 3-Course meal. Enjoy a choice of
Poached Pears with Cinnamon and Whipped
Cream, or a Mixed Greens Salad, along
with home Bakery and Preserves followed
by a choice of favorite entreés
and desserts.
The entrées
include Crab Cakes
Benedict, Chicken Confit Quiche, Stuffed
French Toast, Reddened Trout with Lemon
Vinaigrette, and Chicken Spanikopita
The third course
includes classic Rittenhouse desserts:
Hot Fudge, Rum and Turtle Sundaes, Cherry
Pie, Tiramisu, and Flourless Chocolate
Cake with Raspberry Sauce.
