A non-refundable deposit equal
to the first night's lodging
is required to secure a reservation.

Cancellations
Cancellations at least 10-days
prior to arrival are subject
to a $25 fee. The fee is deducted
from the deposit and the balance
refunded in the form of a
Rittenhouse gift card.
Deposits
for cancellations less than
10-days prior to arrival are
non-refundable, unless the
room is re-rented, in which
case the lesser $25 fee applies
and a Rittenhouse gift card
will be issued for the remaining
balance of the deposit.
Early
check-outs are considered
cancellations and are charged
at full rate, unless the room
is re-rerented. Please double-check
your dates and plan accordingly.
Saturday-Only
Stays
Saturday-Only Stays incur
a $35 fee.
Travel
Insurance
Please note that the
Rittenhouse Inn can not be
responsible for unused rooms
due to late or canceled airline
flights, family emergencies,
threat of bad weather and
other travel-related mishaps,
or for changes in plans which
shorten your stay. Vacation
Insurance is available from
several providers online to
inexpensively protect you
against covered unexpected
events. We recommend Travel
Guard.
Please
note: A 2-night minimum
stay is required for most
special event weekends and
some holidays. Sat-ONLY stays
incur an additional $35 charge.
Special
Event Deposits

of $200 is required to secure
a reservation for special
events. Visa, Master Card,
and Personal Checks accepted.

30-days prior to arrival for
a special event are subject
to a $25 fee. The fee is deducted
from the deposit and the balance

Gratuities
20% Server Gratuity is
added to all dining parties
of 6 or more. For Special
Event packages, a fixed gratuity

This amount varies by length
of stay and number of meals
included in the package, and
will be quoted when you make
your reservation. Gratuities
for housekeeping and/or front
desk staff are appreciated,
but not required.
No
Pets
In consideration of our
guests with pet allergies,
we ask that you make other
boarding arrangements for
your pets during your stay
with us.
Quiet
Hours
In consideration of our
other guests, we ask that
those in whirlpool rooms limit
use of jetted tubs between
10pm and 8am.
Smoke
Free
The Old Rittenhouse Inn
has a No Smoking policy throughout
its dining rooms, guest rooms,
and common areas. Smoking
is allowed outdoors and on
our porches. We thank you
for your cooperation.
No
Candles
For the safety of all
our guests and to preserve
our antiques and whirlpool
surfaces, the Rittenhouse
Inn strictly prohibits the
use of candles in guest rooms. |
