10 Sport Clips stores in St. Louis donated $3,000 to the Pujols Family Foundation at a check presentation on Wednesday, October 8, 2008. The “Clips for a Good Cause” program, which was held from September 7-13, donated $1 from each haircut towards the Pujols Family Foundation. With locations in Florissant, St. Charles, Des Peres, O’Fallon, MO, O’Fallon, IL, Manchester, Wentzville, Chesterfield, Ballwin, Creve Coeur, and St. Louis, Sport Clips is open every day and features TVs playing sports while getting your haircut by “guy-smart” stylists.

Northern Illinois area developer John Kohler says, “We’re extremely proud to present this donation to the Pujols Foundation. We fully support their mission, and we look forward to working with them again it the future.”

The check presentation took place on October 8 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pujols 5 Restaurant. Pujols Family Foundation executive director Todd Perry and program manager Jen Cooper were present, as well as Sport Clips star stylist, Leah Davis, Sport Clips manager, Veleka Brown and Sport Clips store owners Mark Churchill, Dave Rice and Mary Mueller.

Each one of Sport Clips’ 11 St. Louis stores will participate in a “Clips for a Good Cause” program this year. The store owners are excited to work with local groups to help their efforts and organizations.
