Thank you for visiting my campaign web site. I am proud you have chosen me to serve Eastern Oklahoma as an independent voice in the U.S. House of Representatives. I am grateful for all the support I've received from across the 25 counties of the Second Congressional District, and I look forward to working everyday on behalf of the state we love.

We have accomplished much together since my election in 2004 – honoring our veterans' service by keeping our promises to them; fighting for the rights of our seniors; creating and maintaining quality jobs; making education more affordable; and improving access to rural health care.

We all know there is still much more work ahead of us. As I look forward to another term in Congress, my pledge remains the same as it was then – to listen to your input and to work with you on common-sense solutions to the challenges facing our state and nation.

I believe it is important that voters educate themselves as much as possible about the upcoming elections and this website is a great way to learn about my candidacy. I hope you take the time to read through the information on this site and send us any questions, comments or thoughts that come to mind.
